UT Brands, LLC is actively managing how our brand is advertised and sold on the internet. This policy is put in place to maintain the integrity and value of our brand. The policy is being monitored and enforced across all internet marketplaces including retailer websites and 3rd party marketplaces (e.g. Amazon.com, eBay.com, Jet.com, WalMart.com, Target.com, Kohls.com, …). All items sold in the US marketplace must be sourced through authorized distribution channels to assure that product is authentic, has been properly tested for US markets, and carries a valid warranty. Products not meeting this requirement cannot be marketed using UT Brands’ name, trademarks, copyrights or patents.

Selling FBM restricted items by unauthorized sellers through Amazon’s FBM program is strictly prohibited.
Notice of Exceptions to Internet Sales Policy
Exceptions to UT Brands’ Internet Sales Policy may be granted by UT Brands to accommodate time and marketplace limited marketing efforts. Any exception shall be issued in writing and may only be authorized by Robert Kushner, president of UT Brands. No exception will be issued verbally.
Notice Regarding Redistribution
Redistribution of UT Brands items is prohibited. Products purchased for sale directly to consumers from sources other than UT Brands are considered infringements on UT Brands’ intellectual property rights. Product warranties for such product are void and such product cannot be sold as “New.” Unauthorized distribution includes, but is not limited to, items purchased from distributors, closeout companies, retail / ecommerce outlets, and wholesale clubs.
Consequences of Non-Compliance
Disregarding UT Brands’ Internet Sales Policy may lead to account suspension or termination and may result in the forfeit of all terms granted on purchase orders.
